Senior Associates

The P3S Academy considers applications for Senior Associates on an ongoing basis. Senior Associates should have significant knowledge of sustainable finance and investment topics and understand how they are relevant to the public and third sectors. These appointments are part-time and flexible, and the term of appointment is for 18 months in the first instance and renewable based on performance.

Senior Associates will support training and capacity building activities, provide guidance on the design and development of the P3S Academy course pipeline, contribute guest lectures and provide case studies/opinion pieces. We also expect Senior Associates to champion the work of the P3S Academy across their organisation and networks and attend a quarterly strategy meeting.

The positions are part-time, and applicants are expected to retain a primary affiliation with another organisation during the duration of their appointment. Time commitments are flexible. Applicants should ideally have considerable experience of working in the public and third sector. A modest stipend may be provided to Senior Associates.

As part of this opportunity Senior Associates will be able to work alongside world-leading researchers, practitioners and other P3S Academy partners, and maintain an affiliation to the University of Oxford.

Applicant criteria:

  • At least 10 years professional experience in the public and third sector;
  • Support from their current employer;
  • Strong interest in capacity building and training as a lever for change.
